For anxious times | Sarah as the violet and green
Sarah's has her own vibration of the violet flame (you can read more about that here https://sarayei.blogspot.com/2019/03/sarahs-violet-flame-how-to-live-5th.html)
I often picture it more as a lilac violet, but sometimes it gets to be a rich purple - when you do this exercise let it take on its own hue of violet. Sarah's 'core' energy, I see as a green, and the two combine beautifully together in this meditation.
Sarah's violet spiral exercise for helping with anxiety
Take a piece of paper and a pen and draw a spiral on it, imagining that it is made with the energy of Sarah's violet flame.
Ask Sarah to bless this spiral. Take 3 deep breaths as you look at the spiral and imagine Sarah blessing it.
Starting at the outer edge of the spiral, trace the line with your finger, imagining that with each breath you take, Sarah is drawing the anxiety out of your body, and into the violet flame spiral (where it is transmuted.)
When you get to the centre, stay there until you feel this part of the process is finished.
To finish, see the energy of the violet flame spiral growing up higher and higher all around you like a pillar of light, and know that you are safe and protected in Sarah's embrace. Ask her to bless your path ahead. Blessed Be. Amen.
